“He cant rap anyway.”
“Can’t rap? Mayne… you cant even tell good Cognac if you smelled it, that’s your own downfall, so how you think you’re going to tell me anything about music?”
Mookie said abruptly.
Jimmy turned, laughing to his group of friends. “Listen to this smart-ass! This kids got big balls.” He turned back to Moses, as the laughter faded. “But if I ever catch Dirk fucking things up around here it’s not going to be good for either one of you.”
Even though things was going good and Jimmy was recieving abundant blessings, there remained that knife in his side.
Jimmy Gramo was raised to believe money was no blessing, but, more of a curse. The way he was raised was; when you dont have have it, you’re always in a hole.
Jimmy knows that specific hole down to every last grain of sand, clump of soil and stone that fell in it.
He spent nearly 20 long years in that BIG ass HOLE.
It wasn’t till his mid thirties that he started gaining and digging himself out.
All those get rich quick scemes got him broke too, but nobody thinks of that when they thinking of cash flow. Jimmy surely didn’t.
Jimmy has been working hard for the past 30 years, trying his best to make something out of life. Year after year, more in debt & deeper in the hole.
Jimmy’s biggest asset was his 1949, baby blue Cadillac that costed him three grand that in which he paid cash for, down to every cent of what he’d been saving for a decade.
Jimmy loved his Cadillac and been dreaming of owning a Cadillac since 1933.
